  • To administer a content, promotion, survey or other site feature: To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.
  • To send periodic emails: The email address Users provide for order processing will only be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. If user decides to opt-­‐in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or user may contact us via our Site.
 

RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand what it's like to shop online, that's why we offer a  FULL 90 DAYS returns policy.

Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you. Let's face it, you've likely got enough on your plate, either being heavily pregnant or adjusting to life with a newborn.

We don't want you stressing about making contact within a few days of receiving your order or trekking down to the local post office with a newborn just to get your order sent back on time. 

We now offer FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES! So take your time, try them on and if you do need to return or exchange, simply fill in the return/exchange form that is enclosed in your package and send it back to us using the label included with your order. 

Please also ensure the items are in original packaging, unwashed and unworn, tags attached and no marks or damage to items. No need to attach a receipt, we've got all the details we need online. Yay for technology! Please also note that we will not provide refunds or exchanges on SALE items.

Our main focus here at Cadenshae is that you are happy with your gears. We will do anything we can to make your life easier and to ensure you are HAPPY! Got a question? Just email us [email protected] and we will do our best. 

To avoid disappointment, as we do sell out of items quickly, we suggest to make a new purchase of the correct items/sizes online and send your original order back for a refund. Alternatively, buy two sizes and send back the one that doesn't fit. 

*** WE URGE YOU TO TRY ON ALL OF YOUR GARMENTS BEFORE WASHING AS EACH ITEM CAN FIT DIFFERENTLY.**

We’ll also need a return shipping address if you’re making an exchange. Your replacement item will be sent out by NZ post. It will take approximately 1-2 days to process your return/exchange after we receive your item. Shipping will take 3-7 days.  If you are requesting a refund, we will refund the full price of your item/order excluding the cost of shipping. If you are returning your item as a result of our error (or you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping costs. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on sale items.

*Note – if you’re returning an item because it doesn’t fit, and are unsure of what size you should order, please use our sizing chart for guidance or send/email us your measurements and we will ship you the right size!

We ship WORLDWIDE. You can find your country and shipping rates below. The website you can order from is noted in brackets (.com or .com.au etc) and can be selected by using the drop-down at the top right-hand side of the page. 

When you place an order, an extra charge will be added to the total purchase price for shipping.

Our current shipping charges are;

New Zealand (co.nz) - FREE SHIPPING on all New Zealand orders. 

Australia (com.au)  - $12 DHL Express overnight, if placed before 11am NZST, or 1-2 days / FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $150

Canada (.ca) - FREE SHIPPING on all Canadian orders.

USA (.com) - $20 Express Worldwide (DHL express 2-4 days) / FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $150

Rest of World (.com) - $15 NZ Post / FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $150

*These charges are for shipping costs only and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Cadenshae does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance will Cadenshae accept any orders back due to a rejection of customs charges. Orders cannot be returned to sender. For further information, we recommend you contact your local customs office.
